よくあるご質問
- AI 機能を使いたくない場合は? 設定 → AI 機能とプライバシー で無効化できます。初回利用時の同意ダイアログで「同意しない」を選んでも無効のままになります。
- メモはどこに保存されますか? アプリ起動直後は端末内のローカルストレージに保存されます。サインインするとクラウド (Supabase) に暗号化通信で同期され、複数端末で利用できます。
- サインインしないでも使えますか? はい、サインインせずゲストモードでもメモを作成・編集できます。ゲストモードのメモはサインイン後にアカウントに引き継がれます。
- 音声入力時の音声はサーバーに送られますか? いいえ。音声は iOS 標準の音声認識 (SFSpeechRecognizer) によって端末側でテキストに変換されます。詳細は プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。
- 全画面 AI チャットに頼んだ作業は、アプリを閉じても続きますか? はい。チャットで頼んだ作業はサーバー側で処理が続き、アプリを閉じても強制終了しても中断されません。完了するとプッシュ通知でお知らせします。
- 通知はどんなときに届きますか? ① 全画面 AI チャットの作業がアプリを閉じている間に完了したとき、② 設定でオンにしている場合のみ「お店の近くで通知」「購入日リマインダー」の条件を満たしたとき、の 2 種類です。端末の通知設定からいつでもオフにできます。
- アカウントを削除したい: アプリ内の 設定 → アカウント削除 から、または アカウント削除ページ から削除できます。

Frequently Asked Questions
- How do I disable AI features? Open Settings → AI & Privacy and turn the toggle off. Declining the first-use consent dialog also leaves AI disabled.
- Where are my memos stored? Memos are stored locally on your device first. When you sign in, they sync to the cloud (Supabase) over encrypted connections and become available across your devices.
- Can I use Notist without signing in? Yes. Guest mode lets you create and edit memos without an account. Guest memos are migrated into your account when you sign in.
- Is voice audio sent to the server? No. Audio is transcribed on-device using iOS's built-in speech recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer). See the Privacy Policy for details.
- Does a task I asked the full-screen AI chat to do keep going if I close the app? Yes. It keeps processing on our servers even if you close or force-quit the app, and sends a push notification when it's done.
- When do I get notifications? Two situations: (1) a full-screen AI chat task finishes while the app is closed, and (2) if you've turned on "Store alerts nearby" or "buy-by-date reminders" in Settings, when their conditions are met. You can turn notifications off anytime from your device settings.
- How do I delete my account? Use Settings → Delete Account in the App, or visit our account-deletion page.

- 在全屏 AI 对话中委托的任务,关闭 App 后还会继续吗? 会。任务会在我们的服务器端继续处理,即使关闭或强制退出 App 也不会中断,完成后会通过推送通知告知您。
- 什么情况下会收到通知? 两种情况:①全屏 AI 对话委托的任务在 App 关闭期间完成时;②在设置中开启了"附近商店提醒"或"购买日期提醒"且满足相应条件时。您可随时在设备设置中关闭通知。
- 如何删除账户? 使用应用内 设置 → 删除账户,或访问 账户删除页面。
