Notist プライバシーポリシー
Notist (以下「本アプリ」) は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払います。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報の種類、利用目的、第三者への提供、第三者 AI サービスへのデータ送信、保存方法、ユーザーの権利について説明します。
1. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報: メールアドレス、認証プロバイダ (Apple / Google) のユーザー ID、表示名 (任意)
- ユーザーが入力・保存したコンテンツ: メモのタイトルおよび本文、フォルダ名、タグ (ハッシュタグ)、メモの作成・更新日時、メモの並び順や階層構造
- アプリ動作に必要な技術情報: OS 種別・バージョン、アプリのバージョン、エラーログ、API 通信のステータスコード等
- 音声入力時の音声データ: マイクボタンから音声入力した内容は、端末側で iOS 標準の音声認識 (SFSpeechRecognizer) によってテキストに変換されます。音声 (オーディオ波形) そのものを当社サーバーや AI サービスに送信することはありません。変換後のテキストは、AI 機能を使った場合のみ AI へ送信されます。
2. 利用目的
- 本人確認および認証のため
- メモデータの保存、端末間同期、復元のため
- サービスの提供・改善、障害対応のため
- 不正利用の防止とセキュリティ維持のため
- AI 機能を使ってメモの整形・整理・タグ付け・チャット応答を行うため (ユーザーが AI 機能を有効化した場合のみ)
3. 第三者 AI サービスへのデータ送信 (重要)
本アプリには、AI を使ったメモ作成・整形・整理・タグ付け・チャット機能があります。これらの AI 機能を初めて使用する際には、データ送信について明確な同意ダイアログが表示されます。ユーザーが同意するまで、AI サービスへのデータ送信は一切行われません。
3.1 AI 機能で送信されるデータ
AI 機能をユーザーが起動した場合、以下のデータが当社バックエンドサーバー経由で第三者 AI サービスに送信されます:
- AI に処理させる対象のメモのタイトルおよび本文
- 分類や整理の文脈として、フォルダ名一覧とユーザーのメモタイトル一覧 (最新 100 件まで)
- AI チャット機能を使った場合は、チャットのやり取り全文
- 応答言語の選択用に表示言語コード (ja / en / zh)
3.2 AI 機能で送信されないデータ
- メールアドレスや認証アカウント ID などの個人識別情報
- 音声入力時のオーディオ波形 (上記の通り端末側でテキスト化されます)
- 端末識別子、IP アドレス、位置情報
- 本アプリのデータ以外の、端末内の他の情報
3.3 送信先となる第三者 AI サービス
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (米国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ) — メモの整形、整理プラン生成、タイトル生成、タグ提案、チャット応答、AI アシスト編集を担当
- 送信は当社が運用するバックエンド (Microsoft Azure Web App, 欧州西部リージョン) を経由します。ユーザーのリクエストは Azure 上で受信され、OpenAI API に転送されます。
- OpenAI は API Data Usage Policy に基づき、API 経由で送信されたデータをモデル学習に利用しません。詳細は OpenAI API Data Usage Policy をご参照ください。
3.4 AI 機能の有効化 / 無効化
初回の AI 機能利用時に表示される同意ダイアログで「同意しない」を選んだ場合、AI 機能は無効のままになり、それ以降も AI へのデータ送信は行われません。同意後にやめたい場合は設定 → AI 機能とプライバシーから無効化できます。AI 機能を無効にしても、メモ・フォルダ・タグの保存と同期は引き続き利用可能です。
4. その他の第三者提供
- 認証・データ保存: Supabase (Supabase Inc., 米国) を利用しています。Supabase はユーザーのアカウント情報、メモ、フォルダ、タグを暗号化された通信経路で保存します。
- ホスティング: バックエンド API は Microsoft Azure (欧州西部リージョン) でホストしています。
- これら以外の第三者へのデータ提供は行いません。広告ネットワーク、解析ツール、トラッキング SDK は導入していません。
5. データの保存期間
ユーザーがアカウントを保持している期間、または法令上必要な期間、情報を保持します。アカウント削除をリクエストした場合、Supabase 上のアカウント・メモ・フォルダ・タグは合理的な期間内に削除されます。
6. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、自身のアカウントおよび保存されたデータについて、閲覧・修正・削除を要求できます。アプリ内の設定 → アカウント削除機能、または アカウント削除ページ から削除できます。AI 機能の有効化 / 無効化はアプリ内の設定から自由に切り替え可能です。
7. 子どもに関するデータ
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象として情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13 歳未満のユーザーが情報を提供したことが判明した場合、当該情報は速やかに削除します。

9. 改定
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
Notist Privacy Policy
Notist (the "App") respects user privacy and takes the protection of personal information seriously. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, when it is sent to third-party services (including AI services), how it is stored, and what rights users have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, identity-provider user ID (Apple / Google), and an optional display name.
- User-generated content: memo titles and bodies, folder names, tags (hashtags), creation/update timestamps, ordering, and folder hierarchy.
- Technical operational data: OS type and version, app version, error logs, and API status codes.
- Voice input audio: when you dictate via the microphone, transcription is performed on-device using iOS's built-in speech recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer). The audio waveform itself is never sent to our servers or to any AI service. Only the transcribed text is sent to AI when you choose to use an AI feature.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To store, sync, and restore memo data across devices.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- To prevent abuse and maintain security.
- To provide AI-powered memo formatting, organization, tagging, and chat — only when the user has enabled the AI feature.
3. Sharing Data with a Third-Party AI Service (Important)
Notist includes AI features for memo creation, formatting, organization, tagging, and chat. The first time you invoke any AI feature, the App shows a clear consent dialog that explains what data will be sent and to whom. No data is shared with any AI service until you grant consent.
3.1 Data Sent to AI
When you invoke an AI feature, the following data is sent through our backend to the third-party AI service:
- The title and body of the memo the AI is operating on.
- For organization and classification context, your folder names and a list of your memo titles (up to the 100 most recently updated).
- If you use AI Chat, the full chat conversation with the assistant.
- Your display-language code (ja / en / zh) so the assistant replies in the right language.
3.2 Data Not Sent to AI
- Email address, account identifier, or any personally identifying account data.
- Voice audio (transcription happens on-device as described above).
- Device identifiers, IP address, or location.
- Any data on your device outside of the App.
3.3 Recipient of AI Data
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (San Francisco, California, USA) — performs memo formatting, organization plan generation, title generation, tag suggestion, chat responses, and AI assist editing.
- Requests are routed through our backend hosted on Microsoft Azure Web App (West Europe region), which forwards them to the OpenAI API.
- OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train its models per its API Data Usage Policy. We confirm OpenAI provides protection comparable to this Policy for the data described above.
3.4 Enabling / Disabling AI
If you decline the first-use consent dialog, the AI feature remains disabled and no data is sent to any AI service. After granting consent you can revoke it at Settings → AI & Privacy. Disabling AI does not affect memo, folder, or tag storage and sync.
4. Other Third-Party Sharing
- Authentication & storage: Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA). Supabase stores account information, memos, folders, and tags over encrypted connections.
- Hosting: the backend API is hosted on Microsoft Azure (West Europe region).
- We do not share data with any other third parties. The App contains no advertising networks, analytics trackers, or tracking SDKs.
5. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as the user maintains an account or as required by law. Upon account deletion, account data, memos, folders, and tags on Supabase are deleted within a reasonable period.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their account and stored data. Account deletion is available in-app at Settings → Delete Account or via our account-deletion page. AI consent can be granted or revoked at any time from Settings inside the App.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

This policy may be updated when necessary. Significant changes will be announced inside the App. Updated versions become effective when posted to this page.
Notist 隐私政策
Notist(以下简称"本应用")尊重用户隐私,并尽最大努力保护个人信息。本政策说明本应用收集的信息类型、使用目的、向第三方(含 AI 服务)提供数据的方式、存储方式及用户权利。
1. 收集的信息
- 账户信息: 电子邮件地址、认证服务方(Apple / Google)的用户 ID、可选的显示名称。
- 用户输入和保存的内容: 备忘录的标题和正文、文件夹名称、标签(井号标签)、创建和更新时间、排序及层级结构。
- 应用运行所需的技术信息: 操作系统类型与版本、应用版本、错误日志、API 通信状态码等。
- 语音输入的音频: 通过麦克风按钮输入的语音由设备端 iOS 内置语音识别(SFSpeechRecognizer)转换为文本。音频波形本身不会发送到我们的服务器或 AI 服务。只有转换后的文本会在用户启用 AI 功能时被发送给 AI。

- 备忘录数据的存储、跨设备同步与恢复
- 提供、维护和改进服务
- 防止滥用及维护安全
- 在用户启用 AI 功能时,提供 AI 驱动的备忘录整形、整理、打标签和对话功能
3. 向第三方 AI 服务发送数据(重要)
Notist 包含基于 AI 的备忘录生成、整形、整理、打标签和对话功能。用户首次使用任何 AI 功能时,应用会显示明确的同意对话框,说明将发送哪些数据及发送对象。在用户同意之前,任何数据都不会发送给 AI 服务。
3.1 发送给 AI 的数据
当用户调用 AI 功能时,以下数据通过我们的后端发送给第三方 AI 服务:
- AI 操作目标备忘录的标题和正文
- 用于分类和整理上下文的文件夹名称以及备忘录标题列表(最近更新的最多 100 条)
- 使用 AI 对话功能时完整的对话内容
- 用于决定回复语言的显示语言代码(ja / en / zh)
3.2 不发送给 AI 的数据
- 电子邮件地址、账户标识符或任何可识别个人身份的账户信息
- 语音输入的音频(如上所述,转换在设备端完成)
- 设备标识符、IP 地址、位置信息
- 本应用以外的设备内任何数据
3.3 AI 数据接收方
- OpenAI, L.L.C.(美国加利福尼亚州旧金山)— 负责备忘录整形、整理计划生成、标题生成、标签建议、对话回复及 AI 辅助编辑。
- 请求通过我们运营的后端(Microsoft Azure Web App,西欧区域)中转,转发至 OpenAI API。
- 根据 OpenAI API Data Usage Policy,通过 API 提交的数据不会被用于模型训练。我们确认 OpenAI 对上述数据提供与本政策相当的保护。
3.4 启用 / 停用 AI
如果在首次使用同意对话框中选择"不同意",则 AI 功能保持停用,任何数据都不会发送给 AI 服务。同意后可在设置 → AI 与隐私中撤销。停用 AI 不会影响备忘录、文件夹和标签的存储与同步。
4. 其他第三方共享
- 认证与存储: 使用 Supabase(Supabase Inc.,美国)。Supabase 通过加密连接存储账户信息、备忘录、文件夹和标签。
- 主机服务: 后端 API 托管于 Microsoft Azure(西欧区域)。
- 除此之外,我们不会将数据共享给任何其他第三方。本应用不包含广告网络、分析工具或追踪 SDK。
5. 数据保留期限
信息将在用户保留账户期间或法律要求的期间内保留。用户请求删除账户后,Supabase 上的账户、备忘录、文件夹和标签将在合理期间内被删除。
6. 用户权利
用户可以请求查看、修正或删除其账户及保存的数据。可通过应用内设置 → 删除账户或 账户删除页面 进行删除。AI 同意状态可随时通过应用内设置切换。
7. 儿童相关数据
本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集其个人信息。如发现已收集,将立即删除。
