Notist プライバシーポリシー
Notist (以下「本アプリ」) は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払います。本ポリシーは、本アプリが収集する情報の種類、利用目的、第三者への提供、第三者 AI サービスへのデータ送信、保存方法、ユーザーの権利について説明します。
1. 収集する情報
- アカウント情報: メールアドレス、認証プロバイダ (Apple / Google) のユーザー ID、表示名 (任意)
- ユーザーが入力・保存したコンテンツ: メモのタイトルおよび本文、フォルダ名、タグ (ハッシュタグ)、メモの作成・更新日時、メモの並び順や階層構造
- アプリ動作に必要な技術情報: OS 種別・バージョン、アプリのバージョン、エラーログ、API 通信のステータスコード等
- 購入情報: 有料プランの購入履歴・購読状態 (詳細は第 9 条。決済情報そのものは Apple / Google が処理します)
- AI 使用量の計測情報: プランの月間利用枠を管理するための匿名の端末識別子とトークン使用量 (メモの内容は含みません)
- 利用状況・クラッシュ情報: 画面の表示や機能の利用といった操作の種類、クラッシュ時の技術情報 (詳細は第 4 条。メモの内容は含みません)
- 位置情報: 「お店の近くで通知」機能をオンにした場合、および新しいホームで天気の表示を許可した場合のみ (詳細は第 8 条)
- 写真: 写真をメモとして保存した場合、その写真 (端末内に保存し、ログイン中はクラウドに同期。本人以外は閲覧できません)
- カレンダー・リマインダー: AI チャットで予定やリマインダーについて依頼した場合のみ、その依頼に必要な分 (詳細は第 11 条)
- AI がまとめたあなたの特徴: AI 機能を有効にしている場合のみ、週に 1 回、利用内容からまとめた習慣・興味・好みなど (端末内にのみ保存。詳細は第 3.5 条)
- 音声入力時の音声データ: マイクボタンから音声入力した内容は、端末側で iOS 標準の音声認識 (SFSpeechRecognizer) によってテキストに変換されます。音声 (オーディオ波形) そのものを当社サーバーや AI サービスに送信することはありません。変換後のテキストは、AI 機能を使った場合のみ AI へ送信されます。
2. 利用目的
- 本人確認および認証のため
- メモデータの保存、端末間同期、復元のため
- サービスの提供・改善、障害対応のため
- 不正利用の防止とセキュリティ維持のため
- 利用状況の分析による機能改善と、クラッシュ・不具合の修正のため
- AI 機能を使ってメモの整形・整理・タグ付け・チャット応答を行うため (ユーザーが AI 機能を有効化した場合のみ)
- 今日の AI の提案・献立の提案・AI チャットをあなたに合わせるため、利用内容から特徴をまとめるため (AI 機能を有効化した場合のみ。第 3.5 条)
3. 第三者 AI サービスへのデータ送信 (重要)
本アプリには、AI を使ったメモ作成・整形・整理・タグ付け・チャット機能があります。これらの AI 機能を初めて使用する際には、データ送信について明確な同意ダイアログが表示されます。ユーザーが同意するまで、AI サービスへのデータ送信は一切行われません。
3.1 AI 機能で送信されるデータ
AI 機能をユーザーが起動した場合、以下のデータが当社バックエンドサーバー経由で第三者 AI サービスに送信されます:
- AI に処理させる対象のメモのタイトルおよび本文
- 分類や整理の文脈として、フォルダ名一覧とユーザーのメモタイトル一覧 (最新 100 件まで)
- AI チャット機能を使った場合は、チャットのやり取り全文
- AI チャットで予定やリマインダーについて依頼した場合は、その依頼に必要な分の予定・リマインダーの内容 (第 11 条)
- 応答言語の選択用に表示言語コード (ja / en / zh)
- 新しいホームの「今日の AI の提案」(1 日 1 回) では、近い順に最大 12 件の予定のタイトル・時刻・場所、未完了のToDo、直近 1 週間のメモのタイトルと冒頭 160 字、買い物リストの品名、天気 (例: 晴れ 24℃)、天気の表示を許可している場合は市区町村名 (例: 東京都渋谷区。座標は送りません)、提案に合う設定を選ぶためのアプリの設定と利用状況の件数 (例: 直近 1 週間のメモの数)、設定した提案への指示。AI は提案を考えるために、必要に応じてメモの検索・本文の読み取り、予定・リマインダーの確認 (第 11 条)、Web 検索 (関心ごとに合わせた検索語で行います) を行います。AI が予定・ToDo・メモを作ることはなく、提案のボタンを押したときにだけアプリが作成します
- 「献立の提案」では、買い物リストと最近買った品の名前、レシピのタイトル、設定した参考サイト・料理家の名前 (レシピを探すために Web 検索を行います)。料理のイメージ画像の生成には料理名と見た目の説明のみを送ります
- 「写真」からメモを作った場合は、文字を読み取るためにその写真
3.2 AI 機能で送信されないデータ
- メールアドレスや認証アカウント ID などの個人識別情報
- 音声入力時のオーディオ波形 (上記の通り端末側でテキスト化されます)
- 端末識別子、IP アドレス、位置情報 (座標)。「今日の AI の提案」では市区町村名のみを送ります (第 8.1 条)
- 本アプリのデータ以外の、端末内の他の情報 (第 11 条のカレンダー・リマインダーを除く)
3.3 送信先となる第三者 AI サービス
- 送信はいずれも当社が運用するバックエンド (Microsoft Azure Web App, 欧州西部リージョン) を経由します。ユーザーのリクエストは Azure 上で受信され、機能ごとに下記いずれかの AI 事業者の API に転送されます。
- Anthropic PBC (米国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ) — AI チャット (全画面のチャット、メモ内チャット、フォルダ内チャット) の応答生成、およびチャット中のメモ作成・更新の提案を担当
- Anthropic PBC は、今日の AI の提案とあなたの特徴のまとめ (第 3.5 条) も担当しています。
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (米国カリフォルニア州サンフランシスコ) — 整理プランの生成、メモの整形 (AI に整える)、タイトル生成、タグ提案、メモの統合提案、メモ更新提案、買い物リストの店舗タグ分類を担当
- Anthropic は Commercial Terms of Service に基づき、API 経由で送信されたデータをモデル学習に利用しません。詳細は Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service をご参照ください。
- OpenAI は API Data Usage Policy に基づき、API 経由で送信されたデータをモデル学習に利用しません。詳細は OpenAI API Data Usage Policy をご参照ください。
- AI チャットが Web 検索を行った場合、会話から組み立てた検索クエリが Anthropic の Web 検索機能を通じて検索プロバイダに送信されます。メモ本文がそのまま検索クエリとして送信されることはありません。
3.4 AI 機能の有効化 / 無効化
初回の AI 機能利用時に表示される同意ダイアログで「同意しない」を選んだ場合、AI 機能は無効のままになり、それ以降も AI へのデータ送信は行われません。同意後にやめたい場合は設定 → AI 機能とプライバシーから無効化できます。AI 機能を無効にしても、メモ・フォルダ・タグの保存と同期は引き続き利用可能です。
3.5 AI がまとめるあなたの特徴
AI 機能を有効にしている場合、本アプリは週に 1 回、前回からのメモ・予定・ToDo・買い物リスト・提案への評価・献立の好みなどをもとに、あなたの習慣・興味・好み・身近な人 (続柄のみ) などの特徴を AI (Anthropic) にまとめさせます。まとめた内容はお使いの端末にのみ保存し、今日の AI の提案・献立の提案・AI チャットを使うときに、提案をあなたに合わせるための参考情報として当社バックエンド経由で AI に送信します。当社のサーバーには保存しません。
- まとめるときに送信するデータ: 前回以降に追加・編集したメモのタイトルと冒頭 300 字、ToDo、過去 1 週間と今後 1 週間の予定のタイトル・時刻・場所 (カレンダーへのアクセスを許可している場合のみ)、買い物リスト・購入済み・レシピの名前、提案への 👍 / 👎、献立のお気に入り・NG・最近の献立、提案への指示、アプリの利用状況の件数、前回のまとめ。初回は直近 30 日分を対象にします。
- まとめない情報: 健康状態、宗教、政治的な考え、性的指向、民族、財務状況などの機微な情報や、住所・電話番号などの識別情報はまとめないよう AI に指示しています。人の名前は記録せず、「家族」「上司」などの続柄で扱います。
- 確認・修正・削除・停止: 「今日」画面右上のアイコンから開く「AI から見たあなたの特徴」で、まとめた内容をいつでも確認できます。項目は手で書き換えられ、書き換えた項目は AI が変更しません。「AI に伝える」から伝えた内容は端末に保存され、以後のまとめでは必ずその内容に従います (まとめる際に AI に送信します)。項目ごとに削除でき、削除した項目は以後まとめません。設定 → AI の「AI の提案とチャットに使う」をオフにすると送信と更新を止めます (内容は端末に残ります)。同じ場所の「すべて削除」で、まとめた内容と伝えた内容を端末から削除できます。AI 機能を無効にしている間は、まとめも送信も行いません。
4. その他の第三者提供
- 認証・データ保存: Supabase (Supabase Inc., 米国) を利用しています。Supabase はユーザーのアカウント情報、メモ、フォルダ、タグを暗号化された通信経路で保存します。
- ホスティング: バックエンド API は Microsoft Azure (欧州西部リージョン) でホストしています。
- サブスクリプション管理: 有料プランの購入検証と購読状態の管理に RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., 米国) を利用しています。RevenueCat には App Store / Google Play の購入情報とアプリのユーザー識別子のみが送信され、メモの内容が送信されることはありません。
- 利用状況の解析とクラッシュ報告: アプリの改善のため、Google LLC (米国) の Firebase Analytics および Firebase Crashlytics を利用しています。送信されるのは、操作の種類 (例: 「メモを作成した」「AI の応答が完了した」「課金画面を開いた」)、件数の目安、アプリ内で発行される識別子 (アプリインスタンス ID)、端末の機種・OS・アプリのバージョン・言語・おおよその地域、クラッシュ時の技術情報です。メモのタイトル・本文、フォルダ名、タグ、検索語、AI チャットの内容は送信しません。広告 ID (IDFA / Android 広告 ID) は取得せず、広告や他社サービスをまたいだ追跡には利用しません。アカウントとの紐付けも行いません。設定 → 利用状況データを送信をオフにすると、以降の送信を停止できます。Web 版 (notist-ai.com/app) でも同じ Firebase Analytics を利用し、ブラウザの Cookie と保存領域を使います (Crashlytics は使いません)。Web 版で設定をオフにすると、次に開いたときから計測を開始しません。
- ウェブサイトのアクセス解析: 本アプリの紹介サイト (notist-ai.com) では、サイト改善のため Google LLC (米国) の Google Analytics を利用し、Cookie を通じて閲覧ページ、おおよその地域、端末・ブラウザの種類を集計します。対象はサイトの閲覧のみで、アプリ内のデータは含みません。広告のパーソナライズと Google シグナルは無効にしています。オプトアウト アドオンやブラウザの Cookie 設定で無効にできます (Google のポリシー)。
- ウェブサイトの操作の分析: 同じ紹介サイトのページ (アプリ内は対象外) では、Microsoft Corporation (米国) の Microsoft Clarity を利用し、クリックやスクロールなどの操作を記録してサイトの使いやすさの改善に役立てています。入力欄の内容は記録されないよう伏せて送られます (Microsoft のプライバシーに関する声明)。
- これら以外の第三者へのデータ提供は行いません。広告ネットワークやトラッキング SDK は導入していません。
5. データの保存期間
ユーザーがアカウントを保持している期間、または法令上必要な期間、情報を保持します。アカウント削除をリクエストした場合、Supabase 上のアカウント・メモ・フォルダ・タグは合理的な期間内に削除されます。
6. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは、自身のアカウントおよび保存されたデータについて、閲覧・修正・削除を要求できます。アプリ内の設定 → アカウント削除機能、または アカウント削除ページ から削除できます。AI 機能の有効化 / 無効化はアプリ内の設定から自由に切り替え可能です。
7. 子どもに関するデータ
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象として情報を意図的に収集することはありません。13 歳未満のユーザーが情報を提供したことが判明した場合、当該情報は速やかに削除します。
8. 位置情報の取り扱い (お店の近くで通知)
「お店の近くで通知」機能を設定でオンにした場合のみ、本アプリは位置情報を利用します (初期状態はオフです)。
- 現在地の判定 (ジオフェンス) は端末内で処理されます。
- 近隣店舗の検索のために、おおよその座標のみを当社サーバーへ送信します。座標がサーバーに保存されることはなく、AI サービスへ送信されることもありません。
- 「常に許可」(バックグラウンド位置情報) は任意です。許可しない場合でも、アプリ起動中は同機能を利用できます。
- 機能をオフにすると、位置情報の利用は直ちに停止されます。
8.1 天気の表示 (新しいホーム)
- ホームで「天気を表示」をタップし位置情報を許可した場合のみ、今日の天気を表示します。
- 天気の取得のため、小数点以下 2 桁に丸めたおおよその座標 (約 1 km) を天気予報サービス Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) に直接送信します。座標が当社サーバーや AI サービスに送信・保存されることはありません。
- 「今日の AI の提案」(AI 機能に同意している場合) では、端末内で座標を市区町村名 (例: 東京都渋谷区) に変換し、その名前だけを当社サーバー経由で AI サービスに送ります。近くのイベントや天気に合った提案のためです。
9. 購入情報とサブスクリプション
本アプリは有料プラン (Plus / Pro) を App Store および Google Play のアプリ内課金として提供しています。
- 決済はすべて Apple / Google が処理します。当社がクレジットカード番号等の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
- 購入の検証と購読状態の管理のため、購入履歴 (商品 ID・購入日時・購読状態) を RevenueCat およびアカウント (未ログイン時は匿名の端末識別子) に紐付けて処理します。
- AI 機能の利用量 (トークン使用量) は、プランごとの月間利用枠を管理するため、アカウントまたは匿名の端末識別子に紐付けてサーバーで計測されます。この計測にメモの内容は含まれません。
- 解約は App Store / Google Play のサブスクリプション管理画面からいつでも行えます。
10. プッシュ通知
本アプリは、以下の場合にプッシュ通知を送信します (通知の許可は OS 側の設定からいつでも変更できます)。
- 全画面 AI チャットに依頼した作業が、アプリを閉じた後や強制終了後にサーバー側で完了したとき
- 「お店の近くで通知」「購入日リマインダー」機能を設定でオンにしている場合、該当する条件を満たしたとき (第 8 条参照)
通知の配信には、Apple / Google のプッシュ通知サービスに登録された端末トークンをアカウントに紐付けて利用します。このトークンは通知の配信以外の目的には使用せず、AI サービスや第三者に送信されることもありません。通知は端末の設定からいつでもオフにできます。
11. カレンダー・リマインダー (AI チャット)
AI チャットでは、端末のカレンダー (iPhone のカレンダー / Android 端末のカレンダー) と iPhone のリマインダーを使って、予定の確認や追加、リマインダーの確認・追加・完了ができます。
- カレンダー・リマインダーへのアクセス許可は、AI チャットで初めてこれらを使うときに OS の確認画面で求めます。許可しなくても、それ以外の機能はすべて利用できます。
- 予定・リマインダーは端末内で読み取り、ユーザーが依頼したそのやり取りに必要な分だけ (予定のタイトル・日時・終日かどうか・場所・カレンダー名、リマインダーのタイトル・期限・完了状態・リスト名) を、第 3 条の AI への依頼内容の一部として送信します。出席者やそのメールアドレス、予定のメモ欄は送信しません。
- バックグラウンドでの読み取りや、当社サーバーへのカレンダーの同期・保存は行いません。
- 予定やリマインダーの追加・完了は、アプリ内の確認画面でユーザーが承認したときにだけ、端末上で行います。
- 設定 → AI → 「AI がカレンダー・リマインダーを使う」をオフにすると、AI はこれらを使わなくなります。OS の設定からアクセス許可をいつでも取り消せます。

13. 改定
本ポリシーの内容は、必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。
Notist Privacy Policy
Notist (the "App") respects user privacy and takes the protection of personal information seriously. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, when it is sent to third-party services (including AI services), how it is stored, and what rights users have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information: email address, identity-provider user ID (Apple / Google), and an optional display name.
- User-generated content: memo titles and bodies, folder names, tags (hashtags), creation/update timestamps, ordering, and folder hierarchy.
- Technical operational data: OS type and version, app version, error logs, and API status codes.
- Purchase information: paid-plan purchase history and subscription state (see Section 9; payment details themselves are handled by Apple / Google).
- AI usage metering: an anonymous device identifier and token-usage counts used to manage your plan's monthly allowance (never the contents of your notes).
- Usage and crash data: which screens are shown and which features are used, and technical details when the app crashes (see Section 4; never the contents of your notes).
- Location data: only when the "Store alerts nearby" feature is turned on, or when you allow the weather on the new home (see Section 8).
- Photos: photos you save as notes (stored on your device and, when signed in, synced to the cloud; only you can view them).
- Calendar and reminders: only when you ask the AI chat about your schedule or reminders, and only what that request needs (see Section 11).
- Your characteristics summarised by AI: only while AI features are enabled, a weekly summary of your habits, interests, tastes and similar, made from how you use the App (kept on your device only; see Section 3.5).
- Voice input audio: when you dictate via the microphone, transcription is performed on-device using iOS's built-in speech recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer). The audio waveform itself is never sent to our servers or to any AI service. Only the transcribed text is sent to AI when you choose to use an AI feature.
2. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and protect accounts.
- To store, sync, and restore memo data across devices.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service.
- To prevent abuse and maintain security.
- To understand how the App is used so we can improve it, and to fix crashes and bugs.
- To provide AI-powered memo formatting, organization, tagging, and chat — only when the user has enabled the AI feature.
- To tailor Today's AI suggestion, the dinner menu and AI chat to you by summarising your characteristics from how you use the App (only if you enable AI features; see Section 3.5).
3. Sharing Data with a Third-Party AI Service (Important)
Notist includes AI features for memo creation, formatting, organization, tagging, and chat. The first time you invoke any AI feature, the App shows a clear consent dialog that explains what data will be sent and to whom. No data is shared with any AI service until you grant consent.
3.1 Data Sent to AI
When you invoke an AI feature, the following data is sent through our backend to the third-party AI service:
- The title and body of the memo the AI is operating on.
- For organization and classification context, your folder names and a list of your memo titles (up to the 100 most recently updated).
- If you use AI Chat, the full chat conversation with the assistant.
- If you ask the AI chat about your schedule or reminders, the events and reminders that request needs (see Section 11).
- Your display-language code (ja / en / zh) so the assistant replies in the right language.
- For the new home's daily AI suggestions (once a day): the titles, times and places of up to 12 upcoming events (soonest first), your open to-dos, the titles and first 160 characters of notes from the last week, shopping-list item names, the weather (e.g. Sunny 24℃), your city or ward name if you allowed the weather (e.g. Shibuya, Tokyo; never coordinates), your app settings and simple usage counts (e.g. how many notes you wrote this week) so it can suggest a setting that fits, and the instructions you set for suggestions. To think the suggestion through, the AI may search and read your notes, look at your events and reminders (Section 11) and search the web (with queries based on your interests). The AI never creates events, to-dos or notes itself; the App creates one only when you tap the suggestion's button.
- For meal ideas: names of shopping-list and recently bought items, recipe titles, and the recipe sites or cooks you set (a web search is made to find their recipes). Only the dish name and a description of how it looks are sent to generate a dish image.
- When you create a note from a photo: the photo, to read the text in it.
3.2 Data Not Sent to AI
- Email address, account identifier, or any personally identifying account data.
- Voice audio (transcription happens on-device as described above).
- Device identifiers, IP address, or location coordinates. The daily AI suggestions send only a city or ward name (Section 8.1).
- Any data on your device outside of the App (except calendar and reminders as described in Section 11).
3.3 Recipient of AI Data
- Every request is routed through our backend hosted on Microsoft Azure Web App (West Europe region), which forwards it to one of the AI providers below, depending on the feature.
- Anthropic PBC (San Francisco, California, USA) — powers AI chat (full-screen chat, in-memo chat, in-folder chat), including the memo creations and updates it proposes during a conversation.
- Anthropic PBC also powers Today's AI suggestion and the summary of your characteristics (Section 3.5).
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (San Francisco, California, USA) — powers organization plan generation, memo formatting (AI polish), title generation, tag suggestion, merge suggestions, memo update proposals, and shopping-list store classification.
- Anthropic does not use API-submitted data to train its models per its Commercial Terms of Service. We confirm Anthropic provides protection comparable to this Policy for the data described above.
- OpenAI does not use API-submitted data to train its models per its API Data Usage Policy. We confirm OpenAI provides protection comparable to this Policy for the data described above.
- If AI chat runs a web search, the query built from the conversation is sent to a search provider through Anthropic’s web search tool. Memo bodies are not sent verbatim as search queries.
3.4 Enabling / Disabling AI
If you decline the first-use consent dialog, the AI feature remains disabled and no data is sent to any AI service. After granting consent you can revoke it at Settings → AI & Privacy. Disabling AI does not affect memo, folder, or tag storage and sync.
3.5 Your Characteristics Summarised by AI
While AI features are enabled, once a week the App asks the AI (Anthropic) to sum up your characteristics — habits, interests, tastes, the people around you (by role only) and similar — from your memos, calendar, to-dos, shopping lists, ratings of suggestions and meal preferences since the last summary. The summary is stored on your device only and is sent to the AI through our backend, as background for tailoring the suggestion, when you use Today's AI suggestion, the dinner menu or AI chat. We do not store it on our servers.
- Data sent to make the summary: titles and the first 300 characters of memos added or edited since the last summary, to-dos, titles, times and places of events in the past and coming week (only if you allowed calendar access), names on your shopping list, bought items and recipes, your 👍 / 👎 on suggestions, favourite and NG dishes and recent menus, your instructions for suggestions, simple counts of how you use the App, and the previous summary. The first summary covers the last 30 days.
- Not summarised: the AI is instructed never to record sensitive information such as health conditions, religion, political views, sexual orientation, ethnicity or finances, nor identifiers such as addresses or phone numbers. People are recorded by role ("family member", "manager"), never by name.
- View, correct, delete, turn off: you can see the summary at any time in How the AI sees you, opened from the icon at the top right of the Today screen. You can rewrite any item by hand, and the AI will not change what you wrote. What you tell the AI there (“Tell the AI”) is kept on your device and always followed in later summaries (it is sent to the AI when the summary is made). You can delete any item, and a deleted item is not summarised again. Turning off “Use in AI suggestions and chat” in Settings → AI stops sending and updating (the summary stays on your device). “Delete all” in the same place removes the summary and what you told the AI from your device. While AI features are disabled, nothing is summarised or sent.
4. Other Third-Party Sharing
- Authentication & storage: Supabase (Supabase Inc., USA). Supabase stores account information, memos, folders, and tags over encrypted connections.
- Hosting: the backend API is hosted on Microsoft Azure (West Europe region).
- Subscription management: we use RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) to validate purchases and manage subscription status for paid plans. RevenueCat receives only App Store / Google Play purchase information and the app's user identifier — never the contents of your notes.
- Usage analytics and crash reporting: to improve the App we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics from Google LLC (USA). They receive the kind of action taken (for example "created a note", "an AI reply finished", "opened the plans screen"), approximate counts, an identifier generated inside the App (app instance ID), device model, OS and app version, language, approximate region, and technical details of crashes. Note titles and bodies, folder names, tags, search terms and AI chat contents are never sent. The App does not collect the advertising identifier (IDFA / Android advertising ID), and this data is not used for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites. It is not linked to your account. You can stop sending it at any time with Settings → Share usage data. The web version (notist-ai.com/app) uses the same Firebase Analytics with browser cookies and storage (Crashlytics is not used on the web); if you turn the setting off there, measurement does not start from the next time you open it.
- Website analytics: on our website (notist-ai.com) we use Google Analytics from Google LLC (USA) to understand how the site is used. It collects, via cookies, the pages you view, your approximate region, and your device and browser type. It covers browsing the website only, not data in the App. Ad personalization and Google signals are turned off. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or your browser's cookie settings (How Google uses this data).
- Website interaction analytics: on the same website's introduction pages (not inside the App) we use Microsoft Clarity from Microsoft Corporation (USA) to see how visitors click and scroll, so we can make the site easier to use. Text typed into input fields is masked and not recorded (Microsoft Privacy Statement).
- We do not share data with any other third parties. The App contains no advertising networks or tracking SDKs.
5. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as the user maintains an account or as required by law. Upon account deletion, account data, memos, folders, and tags on Supabase are deleted within a reasonable period.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their account and stored data. Account deletion is available in-app at Settings → Delete Account or via our account-deletion page. AI consent can be granted or revoked at any time from Settings inside the App.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
8. Location Data (Store Alerts Nearby)
The App uses location data only if you turn on the "Store alerts nearby" feature in Settings (it is off by default).
- Geofencing (detecting that you are near a store) is processed on your device.
- To find nearby stores, only approximate coordinates are sent to our server. Coordinates are never stored on the server and are never sent to the AI service.
- "Allow all the time" (background location) is optional; without it, the feature still works while the App is open.
- Turning the feature off immediately stops all use of location data.
8.1 Weather (New Home)
- The weather is shown only after you tap "Show weather" on the home and allow location.
- To get it, approximate coordinates rounded to two decimals (about 1 km) are sent directly to the weather service Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com). They are never sent to or stored on our server, and never sent to the AI service.
- For the daily AI suggestions (if you agreed to AI features), the coordinates are turned into a city or ward name (e.g. Shibuya, Tokyo) on your device, and only that name is sent to the AI service through our server, so suggestions can fit nearby events and the weather.
9. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers paid plans (Plus / Pro) as in-app subscriptions through the App Store and Google Play.
- All payments are processed by Apple / Google. We never receive your credit-card or other payment details.
- To validate purchases and manage subscription status, purchase history (product ID, purchase date, subscription state) is processed by RevenueCat and linked to your account (or an anonymous device identifier when signed out).
- AI usage (token consumption) is metered on our server against your plan's monthly allowance, linked to your account or an anonymous device identifier. This metering never includes the contents of your notes.
- You can cancel at any time from the App Store / Google Play subscription settings.
10. Push Notifications
The App sends a push notification in the following situations (you can change notification permissions at any time from your device settings):
- When a task you asked the full-screen AI chat to do finishes on our servers after you closed or force-quit the App
- When the "Store alerts nearby" or "buy-by-date reminder" features are turned on in Settings and their conditions are met (see Section 8)
To deliver notifications, we associate the device token registered with Apple's / Google's push notification service with your account. This token is used only to deliver notifications and is never sent to any AI service or other third party. You can turn notifications off at any time from your device settings.
11. Calendar and Reminders (AI Chat)
The AI chat can use your device calendar (the Calendar app on iPhone, the device calendar on Android) and Reminders on iPhone to check and add events, and to check, add and complete reminders.
- Access is requested through the operating system's permission prompt the first time the AI chat needs it. If you decline, everything else in the App keeps working.
- Events and reminders are read on your device. Only what your request needs (event title, date and time, whether it is all-day, location and calendar name; reminder title, due date, completion and list name) is sent to the AI as part of that request, as described in Section 3. Attendees, their email addresses and event notes are never sent.
- The App does not read your calendar in the background and does not sync or store it on our servers.
- Events and reminders are added or completed on your device only after you approve them in a confirmation dialog in the App.
- Turning off Settings → AI → "Let AI use Calendar & Reminders" stops the AI from using them. You can revoke access at any time in your device settings.

Notist 隐私政策
Notist(以下简称"本应用")尊重用户隐私,并尽最大努力保护个人信息。本政策说明本应用收集的信息类型、使用目的、向第三方(含 AI 服务)提供数据的方式、存储方式及用户权利。
1. 收集的信息
- 账户信息: 电子邮件地址、认证服务方(Apple / Google)的用户 ID、可选的显示名称。
- 用户输入和保存的内容: 备忘录的标题和正文、文件夹名称、标签(井号标签)、创建和更新时间、排序及层级结构。
- 应用运行所需的技术信息: 操作系统类型与版本、应用版本、错误日志、API 通信状态码等。
- 购买信息: 付费套餐的购买记录与订阅状态(详见第 9 条; 支付信息本身由 Apple / Google 处理)。
- AI 用量计量信息: 用于管理套餐每月额度的匿名设备标识符与 token 用量(不包含笔记内容)。
- 使用情况与崩溃信息: 显示了哪些页面、使用了哪些功能,以及应用崩溃时的技术信息(详见第 4 条; 不包含笔记内容)。
- 位置信息: 仅当开启"附近商店提醒"功能, 或在新首页允许显示天气时(详见第 8 条)。
- 照片: 保存为笔记的照片(保存在设备上, 登录时同步到云端; 仅本人可查看)。
- 日历与提醒事项: 仅当您在 AI 对话中询问日程或提醒事项时,且仅限该请求所需的部分(详见第 11 条)。
- AI 整理的你的特征: 仅在启用 AI 功能时,每周根据使用内容整理的习惯、兴趣、喜好等(仅保存在设备上,详见第 3.5 条)
- 语音输入的音频: 通过麦克风按钮输入的语音由设备端 iOS 内置语音识别(SFSpeechRecognizer)转换为文本。音频波形本身不会发送到我们的服务器或 AI 服务。只有转换后的文本会在用户启用 AI 功能时被发送给 AI。

- 根据使用内容整理你的特征,使今日 AI 建议、菜单建议和 AI 对话更贴合你(仅在启用 AI 功能时,详见第 3.5 条)
3. 向第三方 AI 服务发送数据(重要)
Notist 包含基于 AI 的备忘录生成、整形、整理、打标签和对话功能。用户首次使用任何 AI 功能时,应用会显示明确的同意对话框,说明将发送哪些数据及发送对象。在用户同意之前,任何数据都不会发送给 AI 服务。
3.1 发送给 AI 的数据
当用户调用 AI 功能时,以下数据通过我们的后端发送给第三方 AI 服务:
- AI 操作目标备忘录的标题和正文
- 用于分类和整理上下文的文件夹名称以及备忘录标题列表(最近更新的最多 100 条)
- 使用 AI 对话功能时完整的对话内容
- 在 AI 对话中询问日程或提醒事项时,该请求所需的日程与提醒事项内容(第 11 条)
- 用于决定回复语言的显示语言代码(ja / en / zh)
- 新首页的"今天的 AI 建议"(每天一次): 按时间顺序最多 12 个日程的标题、时间和地点、未完成的待办、最近一周笔记的标题和开头 160 字、购物清单的品名、天气(例: 晴 24℃)、允许显示天气时的市区町村名(例: 东京都涩谷区, 不发送坐标)、用于推荐合适设置的应用设置和使用次数(例: 最近一周的笔记数)、以及您设置的建议指示。为构思建议, AI 可能会搜索并读取笔记、查看日程和提醒事项(第 11 条)并进行网页搜索(使用基于您兴趣的搜索词)。AI 不会自行创建日程、待办或笔记, 只有在您点按建议的按钮时应用才会创建。
- "菜单建议": 购物清单和最近购买物品的名称、食谱标题、所设置的参考网站或厨师名称(会进行网络搜索以查找其食谱)。生成菜品图片时仅发送菜名和外观描述
- 通过"照片"创建笔记时: 为识别文字而发送该照片
3.2 不发送给 AI 的数据
- 电子邮件地址、账户标识符或任何可识别个人身份的账户信息
- 语音输入的音频(如上所述,转换在设备端完成)
- 设备标识符、IP 地址、位置坐标。"今天的 AI 建议"只发送市区町村名(第 8.1 条)
- 本应用以外的设备内任何数据(第 11 条所述的日历与提醒事项除外)
3.3 AI 数据接收方
- 所有请求均通过我们运营的后端(Microsoft Azure Web App,西欧区域)中转,并按功能转发至以下 AI 服务商的 API。
- Anthropic PBC(美国加利福尼亚州旧金山)— 负责 AI 对话(全屏对话、备忘录内对话、文件夹内对话)的回复生成,以及对话过程中的备忘录创建与更新建议。
- Anthropic PBC 还负责今日 AI 建议以及你的特征整理(第 3.5 条)。
- OpenAI, L.L.C.(美国加利福尼亚州旧金山)— 负责整理计划生成、备忘录整形(AI 整理)、标题生成、标签建议、合并建议、备忘录更新建议及购物清单的店铺分类。
- 根据 Anthropic Commercial Terms of Service,通过 API 提交的数据不会被用于模型训练。我们确认 Anthropic 对上述数据提供与本政策相当的保护。
- 根据 OpenAI API Data Usage Policy,通过 API 提交的数据不会被用于模型训练。我们确认 OpenAI 对上述数据提供与本政策相当的保护。
- AI 对话执行网络搜索时,会将根据对话生成的搜索查询通过 Anthropic 的网络搜索功能发送给搜索服务商。备忘录正文不会被原样作为搜索查询发送。
3.4 启用 / 停用 AI
如果在首次使用同意对话框中选择"不同意",则 AI 功能保持停用,任何数据都不会发送给 AI 服务。同意后可在设置 → AI 与隐私中撤销。停用 AI 不会影响备忘录、文件夹和标签的存储与同步。
3.5 AI 整理的你的特征
启用 AI 功能时,本应用每周一次,根据自上次整理以来的备忘录、日程、待办、购物清单、对建议的评价和菜谱偏好等,让 AI(Anthropic)整理你的习惯、兴趣、喜好、身边的人(仅记录关系)等特征。整理结果仅保存在你的设备上,在使用今日 AI 建议、菜单建议和 AI 对话时,作为使建议更贴合你的参考信息,经由我们的后端发送给 AI。我们不会在服务器上保存。
- 整理时发送的数据: 自上次整理以来新增或编辑的备忘录标题及前 300 字、待办、过去一周和未来一周日程的标题、时间和地点(仅在允许访问日历时)、购物清单、已购买和菜谱的名称、对建议的 👍 / 👎、喜欢和不想要的菜品及近期菜单、对建议的说明、应用使用情况的数量,以及上一次的整理结果。首次整理以最近 30 天为对象。
- 不整理的信息: 已指示 AI 不记录健康状况、宗教、政治观点、性取向、民族、财务状况等敏感信息,也不记录地址、电话号码等识别信息。人物不记录姓名,仅以"家人""上司"等关系表示。
- 查看・修改・删除・停用: 可随时通过“今日”页面右上角的图标打开“AI 眼中的你”查看整理结果。可以手动改写各项，改写过的内容 AI 不会更改。通过“告诉 AI”告知的内容保存在设备上，之后的整理一定会遵守（整理时会发送给 AI）。可逐项删除，删除的项目以后不会再被整理。在设置 → AI 中关闭“用于 AI 建议和聊天”后，将停止发送和更新（内容保留在设备上）。同一处的“全部删除”可从设备中删除整理结果和告知的内容。停用 AI 功能期间，不会进行整理和发送。
4. 其他第三方共享
- 认证与存储: 使用 Supabase(Supabase Inc.,美国)。Supabase 通过加密连接存储账户信息、备忘录、文件夹和标签。
- 主机服务: 后端 API 托管于 Microsoft Azure(西欧区域)。
- 订阅管理: 使用 RevenueCat(RevenueCat, Inc.,美国)验证付费套餐的购买并管理订阅状态。RevenueCat 仅接收 App Store / Google Play 的购买信息和应用内的用户标识符,不会接收笔记内容。
- 使用情况分析与崩溃报告: 为改进应用,我们使用 Google LLC(美国)的 Firebase Analytics 和 Firebase Crashlytics。发送的内容包括操作类型(例如"创建了笔记""AI 回复完成""打开了套餐页面")、大致数量、应用内生成的标识符(应用实例 ID)、设备型号、操作系统与应用版本、语言、大致地区以及崩溃时的技术信息。笔记的标题和正文、文件夹名称、标签、搜索词以及 AI 对话内容均不会发送。本应用不获取广告标识符(IDFA / Android 广告 ID),这些数据不会用于广告,也不会用于跨其他公司的应用或网站追踪您,且不与您的账户关联。您可以随时通过设置 → 发送使用情况数据停止发送。网页版(notist-ai.com/app)同样使用 Firebase Analytics,并会使用浏览器的 Cookie 和存储空间(网页版不使用 Crashlytics);在网页版关闭该设置后,下次打开时将不再开始统计。
- 网站访问分析: 本应用的介绍网站(notist-ai.com)使用 Google LLC(美国)的 Google Analytics 以改进网站,通过 Cookie 统计浏览的页面、大致地区以及设备和浏览器类型。仅涉及网站浏览,不包含应用内的数据。已关闭广告个性化和 Google 信号。您可以通过 Google Analytics 停用浏览器插件或浏览器的 Cookie 设置停用(Google 的相关政策)。
- 网站操作分析: 在同一介绍网站的页面上(不包括应用内),我们使用 Microsoft Corporation(美国)的 Microsoft Clarity,记录点击和滚动等操作,用于改进网站的易用性。输入框中的内容会被遮蔽,不会被记录(Microsoft 隐私声明)。
- 除此之外,我们不会将数据共享给任何其他第三方。本应用不包含广告网络或追踪 SDK。
5. 数据保留期限
信息将在用户保留账户期间或法律要求的期间内保留。用户请求删除账户后,Supabase 上的账户、备忘录、文件夹和标签将在合理期间内被删除。
6. 用户权利
用户可以请求查看、修正或删除其账户及保存的数据。可通过应用内设置 → 删除账户或 账户删除页面 进行删除。AI 同意状态可随时通过应用内设置切换。
7. 儿童相关数据
本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集其个人信息。如发现已收集,将立即删除。
8. 位置信息的处理(附近商店提醒)
仅当您在设置中开启"附近商店提醒"功能时, 本应用才会使用位置信息(默认关闭)。
- 地理围栏(判断您是否在商店附近)在设备端处理。
- 为搜索附近商店, 仅向我们的服务器发送大致坐标。坐标不会保存在服务器上, 也不会发送给 AI 服务。
- "始终允许"(后台位置信息)为可选项; 即使不允许, 应用打开期间该功能仍可使用。
- 关闭该功能后, 将立即停止使用位置信息。
8.1 天气显示(新首页)
- 仅当您在首页点按"显示天气"并允许位置信息后才显示天气。
- 为获取天气, 会将四舍五入到小数点后两位的大致坐标(约 1 公里)直接发送给天气服务 Open-Meteo(open-meteo.com)。坐标不会发送到或保存在我们的服务器上, 也不会发送给 AI 服务。
- "今天的 AI 建议"(同意使用 AI 功能时)会在设备上把坐标转换为市区町村名(例: 东京都涩谷区), 只将该名称经由我们的服务器发送给 AI 服务, 以便建议贴合附近的活动和天气。
9. 购买信息与订阅
本应用通过 App Store 和 Google Play 提供付费套餐(Plus / Pro)的应用内订阅。
- 所有付款均由 Apple / Google 处理。我们绝不会收到您的信用卡等支付信息。
- 为验证购买并管理订阅状态, 购买记录(商品 ID、购买时间、订阅状态)由 RevenueCat 处理, 并与您的账户(未登录时为匿名设备标识符)关联。
- 为管理各套餐的每月用量额度, AI 使用量(token 用量)会在服务器上按账户或匿名设备标识符计量。该计量不包含您的笔记内容。
- 您可随时在 App Store / Google Play 的订阅管理页面取消订阅。
10. 推送通知
本应用会在以下情况发送推送通知(通知权限可随时在设备设置中更改):
- 在全屏 AI 对话中委托的任务,在关闭或强制退出应用后于服务器端完成时
- 在设置中开启了"附近商店提醒"或"购买日期提醒"功能,且满足相应条件时(详见第 8 条)
为投递通知,我们会将在 Apple / Google 推送通知服务注册的设备令牌与您的账户关联。该令牌仅用于投递通知,不会发送给任何 AI 服务或其他第三方。您可随时在设备设置中关闭通知。
11. 日历与提醒事项(AI 对话)
AI 对话可以使用设备上的日历(iPhone 的日历 App / Android 设备的日历)以及 iPhone 的提醒事项,用于查看和添加日程,以及查看、添加和完成提醒事项。
- 访问权限会在 AI 对话首次需要时,通过操作系统的授权提示请求。即使拒绝,本应用的其他功能也可照常使用。
- 日程与提醒事项在设备上读取,仅将该请求所需的部分(日程的标题、日期时间、是否全天、地点、日历名称;提醒事项的标题、截止时间、完成状态、列表名称)作为第 3 条所述 AI 请求内容的一部分发送。参与者及其电子邮件地址、日程的备注不会发送。
- 本应用不会在后台读取日历,也不会将日历同步或保存到我们的服务器。
- 只有在您于应用内的确认对话框中批准后,才会在设备上添加日程或提醒事项、或将提醒事项标为完成。
- 关闭设置 → AI →"允许 AI 使用日历与提醒事项"后,AI 将不再使用它们。您也可以随时在设备设置中撤销访问权限。
